Took my 2010 Highlander in for a back to school special oil change, tire rotation and 48 point inspection. They were very thorough and helped confirm the strut mounts needed replacing. I was also told by dealership I had an “axle seal leak” on the passenger side which I did not believe and TrustRock was able to confirm I had no leak. Seems they take their name serious and truly want to build Trust with their customers. I will definitely continue doing business with them.

Let me start off by saying that TRA did not ask me to give then a good rating and i typically don't rate services unless I truly feel it really deserves a high rating....... but this place(TRA) is truly Exceptional! I've been dealing with different mechanics for years. From mobile mechanics to "Name Brand" mechanics and I have never received this fine quality of service. My daughter is new to San Antonio and was having problems with the air conditioning in her vehicle. And being that I live 2 hrs from San Antonio my daughter had to take it in for repairs. And honestly, I chose them just because it was the closest to my daughter's apartment. But let me tell you I'm so glad I did. My daughter said the front staff made her feel welcomed. they explained the process to her (they dumped it down for her which made feel less intimidated. That goes a long way in my book. Salana (front office) also called me to let me know what the issue with the vehicle was. She kept me updated through the whole process with the link they provided via text.....I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I recently took my truck TrustRock, and I'm glad I did the customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Chris, Salana, and Alexa are incredible. This is the only shop I know of that will the mechanics record what they are doing to your vehicle and make it available to you for review. They have always treated me very well. I will continue to be a customer as long as I need repairs or maintenance on my vehicle.

A very beautiful, family owned business! As soon as i called and come in the same day i was greeted in such a nice way. They truly cared and helped me with 2 of my vehicle needs. We're able schedule them both same time. Waiting area was clean and nice. Inspection and oil change went great. I drove 40 minutes from my home and would do this again for any future services. Highly recommended 👌.
